Accident Replacement Vehicles

If your customer is involved in a not at-fault accident our specialised Accident Management team can arrange a like-for-like vehicle for the duration of their vehicle repairs with no upfront cost. These charges are then recovered by Indigo directly from the at-fault insurance company.

Our team will:

• Liaise with your customer and their insurer
• Organise delivery of a like-for-like^ replacement vehicle
• If your customer’s vehicle is not road worthy we can arrange delivery of the vehicle to a manufacturer approved smash repairer, the customer’s place of work or their home
• Monitor their repair period and advise when it has been finalised

^we make the greatest effort to match vehicles, however this can be subject to availability

Service Hire

We can provide your clients with a temporary vehicle whilst their own vehicle is in your service centre for scheduled maintenance.

Our team will understand your requirements and develop a service that is tailored to meet your needs.

We can:

• Provide a seamless approach to booking of vehicles through our online portal
• Liaise with the Service Dept. to co-ordinate a suitable time to deliver the vehicle to the service centre in line with the customers’ requirements
• Act as an extension of your business, by leaving cars on site or turn them over on a needs basis.
• Liaise with the service department to organise collection/off-hiring of the loan vehicle once the customers service is complete

Warranty Hire

Our team will understand your requirements and develop a service that is tailored to meet your needs.

We can:

• Provide a seamless approach to booking of vehicles through our online portal
• Supply a similar vehicle to the customers own vehicle to minimise any inconvenience
• Liaise with the customer to co-ordinate a suitable time to deliver the vehicle (at home if the customer’s vehicle was towed in)
• Deliver the vehicle in a timely manner to meet your customer expectations
• Liaise with the service department to organise collection of the loan vehicle once the service is completed
