- Indigo recover all costs for the hire from the at-fault party’s insurer

First Notification of Loss (FNOL)
- Efficient, sympathetic first response and FNOL service to support drivers unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic incident
- Instantly forward a completed ‘claim form’ as required, removing the burden from the broker
- Provide reassurance, towing and onward transportation as required
- If required, we can refer the client to a network of repairers who specialise in high quality repairs while keeping the repair timeframe to a minimum
- 24/7 team of experienced claims handlers who are dedicated to delivering great levels of customer service and an accurate liability assessment at the time the FNOL is taken
- Where possible all hire car costs are on-charged to the third party insurer reducing clients’ costs and possible increases in premium^
^If the claim is non-recoverable, we can arrange a replacement vehicle and charge the client’s insurer directly if they have hire car cover under their policy or alternatively offer preferred reduced rental rates
